u Rates and/or units are Subject to Change!

u Payment Due in full upon arrival

u $200.00 Security Deposit is Required to Make a Reservation and is Not Applied to the Rental Balance. The Security/Damage Deposit is Returned 30 Days after Your Departure Date.

u Security Deposit will be placed in a Non Interest Bearing Account

u 6 Months & 1 Day or Longer - Tax Exempt

u Rental Rates Subject to an 12.5% Florida Resort and Sales Tax

u No Proration of Rental Rates

u We Accept Money Orders, Bank Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash. We Do Not Accept Credit Cards.

u In the Event of Cancellation, Your Deposit will be Refunded Less $50.00 Administration Fee if Written Notice of  Cancellation is Received 60 Days for Monthly and Weekly Rentals Prior to Arrival. All Cancellations Made under 60 Days for Monthly and Weekly Rentals from the Arrival Date Shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.  Exception if Point East Rentals can Re-Rent the Unit for the Same Rental Dates & Rental Amount, Your Deposit Less $50.00 Administration Fee will be Returned.
